This private lakefront home is designed for relaxed getaways; whether you’re here for the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, a guys’ weekend, a couples escape, or Derby season. If you’re looking for a private lake retreat on the Bourbon Trail with space to gather, unwind, and actually enjoy the people you came with, this is that place.

Bring your kiddos! But home is not toddler-proof or baby-proof.

Lake house is surrounded by trees. While this is peaceful, it does mean you will encounter bugs, leaves, pollen, small twigs. Pollen and leaves will settle on outdoor furniture & decking. During the colder months, small wildlife critters (such as mice) may try to find a warm cozy place to hide. This may include inside the lake house. While the house is professionally cleaned, keep in mind the house is still a lake house nestled amongst nature and wildlife.


Quiet hours: 10pm - 6am



After booking, guests will be required to complete a short rental agreement for insurance, safety, and local compliance purposes. This includes providing the primary guest’s full legal name, contact information, permanent mailing address, and government-issued ID.

This requirement applies to all guests equally and helps us ensure a safe and well-maintained stay for everyone.
