Situated in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, this beautiful newly built townhome was completed in the summer of 2023.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the pool, Wi-Fi, parking for up to two (2) vehicles, as well as a washer and dryer.

While we do our best to provide furnishings that match those shown in the photos, some items may vary due to updates or replacements.

The property is located in a generally quiet and safe neighborhood made up of a mix of single-family homes and small apartment buildings. The area has a relaxed residential feel, making it ideal for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Nearby, you’ll find several parks, schools, and local conveniences, all within a short distance. The home is also just minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale, giving you easy access to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and popular attractions while still enjoying the calm of a residential setting.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am

4. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
