The bright and colorful interiors will elevate your senses. Watching the sunset from the sit-out will calm you down. With a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, housekeeping service, Unlimited high-speed WiFi, spacious wardrobes, LED TV in all rooms, and mood lighting, our apartment has it all.

The space
Paradise apartment is a two-bedroom hall (2 BHK) apartment suitable for a stay of 4-5 guests. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the massive wardrobes will never let you run out of storage space. All rooms in our apartment including the living room are equipped with LED TVs with Amazon Prime Video and Youtube connectivity. So no one in your family will miss their favorite sport or movie. The apartment has a bright, airy, and positive vibe to it. The living room has a sofa cum double bed and has a separate door for added privacy. The French windows open up to a cozy sit-out, a great place to enjoy your morning tea. High-speed Wi-Fi is backed by two routers for constant connectivity. Both the washrooms have a water heater and Western-style toilets. The kitchen is ready to cook with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, mixer, water purifier, utensils, and crockery.

Guests will access to the entire apartment without any restrictions

Other things to note
* Housekeeping is conducted every alternate day by our trustworthy caretaker.
*The electricity bill cap is set at
- 12 units a day.
- 85 units a week
- 360 units a month (for monthly reservations)
Above that, the extra units will be charged at Rs. 10 per unit.
* The non-master bedroom air conditioner facility is provided at extra charges of Rs. 12 per unit.
* Guests are humbly requested to switch off the electricals when not in use or while going out of the apartment.
* WiFi customer service number will be provided to the guests. In case of any disruption in the internet service, guests can directly call the service provider.
