Lakeside Retreat!

Unwind and enjoy at this peaceful lake side retreat located in the private upscale community of Sleepy Hollow Lake. This home is the perfect gathering place for families and friends and is in close proximity to the best that the Hudson Valley and Catskill Region have to offer. The lower floor contains a chill rustic den which is a perfect hang-out for kids of all ages! The den includes a foosball table, smart TV and a full complement of board games, puzzles and books. There is a full bathroom on this level which includes a bath/shower combo. The utility room with washer and dryer is also located on this floor. Direct access to the lower deck is provided on this level. The lower deck includes a bench swing and a hammock. Bedrooms (all on the main level of the house)
After an exciting day of enjoying the lake you will look to rest for an equally entertaining tomorrow. The house sleeps a total of seven as follows:

• Bedroom 1: Queen-Size Bed
• Bedroom 2: Two Single Beds
• Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed and one Single Bed

All bedrooms share a similar set of amenities including ceiling fans, linens, sheets, pillows, closets with hangers, dressers and night stands.

-5 kayaks and a paddle boat are available for use.
-The community swimming pools are available for use,
-Pickel Ball courts are available for use.
-The Motorboat is not available for use.

The Hudson Valley & Catskill Mountain Region.
This home is in close proximity to a wealth of year-round activities that the Hudson Valley has to offer. The nearby Villages of Athens, Catskill and Coxsackie are 10-15 minutes away and offer restaurants, shopping, Hudson Riverfront parks and even a drive-in movie theater! The thriving City of Hudson is 25 minutes away and boasts many restaurants, bars and antique shops along with an Amtrak station providing convenient train service to New York City. Catskill State park is 30 minutes away and offers numerous scenic hiking trails, waterfalls and skiing in the winter. Other nearby activities include golf courses, wineries, apple/pumpkin picking and the historic Olana estate.

- No smoking - Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning
- No pets allowed
-The motorboat is not available for use
- Please limit outside noise after 10 PM
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- If the lake is frozen, no one is allowed on to walk on the lake ice!!
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- This property requires the use of stairs
- Only registered water vessels are allowed on Sleepy Hollow Lake since it is private land
- This property features exterior security cameras. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device.

For winter fun, including skiing and snow tubing, Hunter, Windham and Catamount ski resorts are just 35-45 minutes away.
