The kitchen is built to actually use; air fryer, toaster, drip coffee and Keurig, a coffee station, brand-new cookware, utensils, and dishware. Welcome treats and drinks are waiting when you arrive. The showpiece is the insulated, climate-controlled entertainment lounge; a fully restored Peter Vitalie pool table, shuffleboard, arcade, dartboard, and leather recliners; the one spot everyone returns to, rain or shine. Outside, a heated free-form pool with fountain and jets anchors a private, landscaped tropical backyard with a covered lanai and gas grill. Real beds for twelve across five spaces, including a dedicated kids’ room. Three full baths, each fully stocked. Luxurious, easy, and made for every generation.



The entire home, pool, lanai, and game room are yours, no shared spaces, no interruptions. Self-check-in by smart lock, with parking for several vehicles in the driveway. Every bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and quality bath amenities, so you can arrive and simply settle in. Note: one small closet in the master bath is reserved for owner and cleaning supplies; a separate closet in the master bath is yours to use.



We built this home for the way real groups travel; families across generations, golf and baseball trips, couples, snowbirds and lovebirds. The heated pool is included; no per-degree fees, no surprises.



By booking, guests acknowledge that the property includes a pool, outdoor entertainment areas, a gas grill, a game room, and other amenities that carry inherent risks if not used responsibly. All guests use the property at their own risk, must exercise reasonable caution, and must supervise children at all times, especially around the pool, which is not fenced. The host and owners are not liable for any accident, injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from use of the property during the stay. By confirming the reservation, the booking guest accepts full responsibility for their party and any visitors and is financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.



Port St. Lucie sits on Florida’s Treasure Coast; the unhurried stretch between Palm Beach and the Space Coast. No theme park crowds, just warm weather and easy access to everything. Spring Training, Clover Park, home of the NY Mets in Feb – Mar is 10 minutes away. Golf, PGA Village, 54 holes by Fazio and Dye and a Golf Digest top 75 resort is about 10 minutes.
