Diamond Sands is a striking brand-new construction coastal escape designed for unforgettable beach living. This modern, coastal inspired property features a 2,200 sq foot main house paired with a private 480 sq foot guest house, offering space and comfort for everyone.

Step outside to an over 2,000 sq foot expansive patio space, resort style heated and chilled saltwater pool, and a jaw-dropping, fully custom mini golf course that steals the show.

Inside, crisp white and blue decor, a game room, and thoughtfully curated finishes create a fresh, luxurious beach vibe throughout. New construction, bold design, and endless fun- this is luxury beach living at its finest.

Sleeping accommodations come in the form of five private bedrooms, four in the main house and one in the guest house. The main house includes:

1 Queen Secondary Bedroom
1 Bunk Room- Two sets of triple bunks to sleep 6 total guests, plus a mini crib for our tiniest travelers
1 Queen Pullout Couch in living room

All mattresses are medium firm, memory foam with cooling gel support.

The guest house includes a fully stocked secondary kitchen, king bed, TV, and full bathroom with walk in shower.

The most unique feature of this home is the custom, professional turf mini golf course. No expense was spared in creating a world class worthy course with putt-putt area, bunkers and sand pits that rival those at professional courses. We know golfers will appreciate the stacked turf build, while kids will spend hours perfecting their hole-in-one.

The resort style pool is a dream. In the summer, turn on the chiller to cool down and in the winter, turn up the heat to relax. The jacuzzi area is perfect for unwinding while your kids cannon ball into the deep end. The fountains add for extra fun! *Please note- the jacuzzi is not a hot tub and is not intended to be set to a high temp. Rather, it is an extension of the pool with added jets* All back doors out to the patio are equipped with alarms that guests can activate after check in in order to protect little ones. We also provide a pool alarm that is readily available that guests can use at their convenience.

When dried off, enjoy your evenings grilling and hanging out on the beautiful patio. Turn on the fire table and enjoy the beautiful ambiance and Florida evening. *Propane is provided for both the grill and the fire table. *Backyard is fully fenced.

All bedrooms have TVs except for the bunkroom. All bedrooms contain dressers, laundry baskets, and clothes hangers. All linens and towels are provided... no need to pack anything!

Among the many deluxe and upgraded amenities, Diamond Sands offers practicality. Items included inside this home available to all guests include beach towels and beach chairs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plus coffee and sugar in the kitchen. We are among one of the only rentals in town that offer cable or satellite TV. Once checked in, watch cable TV through the DirecTV app on any of the TVs. We also subscribe to Disney+, Netflix, Paramount Plus, and Prime Video, and Hulu.

Diamond Sands supplies many children's items as well including a pack and play, a highchair, kid's tableware, and nightlights.

*Staying on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday? Please expect to see our landscaper either Monday or Tuesday, and our pool service on Wednesday. Both companies are licensed and insured and are contracted through us personally.*

We own multiple properties in town, including one only a quarter mile away so please contact us if needing to accommodate a large gathering.

To make your stay even more unforgettable, we’re excited to now offer Moke rentals exclusively for our guests! These iconic open-air electric vehicles are the perfect way to explore the beach, cruise along the water, grab dinner, or watch the sunset around town. Think of them as a cross between a golf cart and a convertible—fun, stylish, and built for coastal living.

Whether you’re heading to the beach, local restaurants, or just enjoying a scenic ride around the area, our brand-new Mokes make getting around part of the adventure. They’re easy to drive, street-legal, and guaranteed to turn heads everywhere you go. Availability is limited, so be sure to ask about reserving one during your stay!
