Other things to note
Security cameras are active at the front entrance and around the back and side exteriors of the home to monitor that house rules are being followed. There is also an additional camera in the garage.

No large gatherings, parties, or events are allowed on the property.

An inventory check will be performed after each checkout. Guests will be charged a replacement fee for any missing amenities, towels, kitchenware, or household items, calculated based on the current replacement cost of the item. Guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee for any excessive damage or mess.

We aim to go above and beyond by providing complimentary supplies such as toiletries, water, light snacks, towels, and detergent. How fast you get through the supplies will vary depending on your group size and length of stay. When your complimentary supplies run out, we encourage you to purchase what you need from a nearby store.
