Rates are subject to change during any 24 hour period based on local vacancy rates.

OTA (Online Travel Agencies) charge fees to the guest (you) for using their services to locate and book your vacation rental. These fees do appear in your final price and are often called service fee or guest fee. The amount of the fee calculated based on the total cost of the rental you have selected. These fees are paid directly to the OTA and are non negotiable. We at Happy Crab Vacations do not share any portion of this service/guest fee with the OTA.

If you book via VRBO the pet fee is included in the host fee along with the cleaning fee.
