From breakfast overlooking the beach to margaritas while watching the waves at night , this condo will have you wanting to stay longer. direct private access over our easy to navigate walkway to the beach makes it a breeze to haul all your sand toys or to run back to stock up the cooler, stunning ocean front views welcome you from the primary suite . listen to the peaceful sound of the waves at night.

The Space:
This warm and inviting condo will have you wanting to stay longer, three bedrooms offer plenty of space for the whole family to spread out , each bedroom offers a private tv and the living room has a 65" tv but i bet you will spend more time on the porch looking out over the beautiful dunes at the ocean.

The Neighborhood:
awesome location, near downtown north myrtle beach, walk to seaside restaurants, 2 min to "Melt " popular ice cream parlor, 4 min to " Krave"a local favorite bagel shop , 6 min to Platts famous local seafood market, 10 min to barefoot landing, 15 min to broadway at the beach. so much to do!

2 private parking spots are available

No need to leave your best friend at home we are Dog friendly! Limit two good boys less then 50 pounds each .

Life’s a beach

I recently had a wonderful stay at a direct oceanfront Vrbo that truly exceeded my expectations. The property was impeccably clean and very well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I loved that it wasn’t crowded, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing vacation atmosphere. Its location was perfect—close to various attractions and amenities, yet still retaining a sense of tranquility. I also have to commend the host for their excellent communication; they were very responsive and provided all the information we needed ahead of time. Considering the quality of the stay and the proximity to the ocean, the price was fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend this Vrbo for anyone looking for a serene beachfront getaway!

Amazing Pet Friendly Condo

Beautiful property right on the beach. Condo was clean, nicely decorated and plenty of room for all us. Owner was amazing to deal with. Always very responsive and helpful. Love that property accepted pets.

Vaca getaway!

Very nice, liked the walk to the beach with the great bridge. Accommodated all 8 of us well. This was a family get away at the beach for my moms 80th Birthday and she loved it. Definitely would do again!

Wonderful Condo!

The total experience at this property was just great. We loved sitting at the high top table on the deck throughout the day enjoying the ocean views and listening to the waves. The location was private but close enough to walk on the beach to some of the local restaurants. Amenities were great and Stefani made sure our stay went well. Will definitely return!

A “grand” vacation

4 generations stayed as part of our annual beach trip. From 85 years old to 8, grandparents and grandkids made lifelong memories. The wooden boardwalk helped tremendously with accessibility. Communication was amazing. The hosts were available and very helpful.

Family Getaway

We had a nice stay. Enjoyed the ocean front location and the size of the condo was perfect for us. The condo was showing a little wear and tear and could use a few more pots and pans. My biggest concern was that my grandson’s feet (who is crawling and pulling up) stayed really black the entire time We paid a cleaning fee for our stay but they might want to address the floors a little closer They looked clean but obviously were not

Well decorated clean condo

My son, toy poodle and I had a great time. The condo was very well decorated, very clean. Had everything we needed. It was a second floor unit. Had a beautiful view in the living/dining area and master bedroom. Included lots of board games, beach chairs. I just loved the furniture on the outside balcony, nice area for coffee/breakfast or just for taking in the beautiful view. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean condo that is pet friendly.

Wondeful Time 🙂

We enjoyed our stay very much. The grounds were very neat. The wooden walkway to the beach was wonderful. The condo was very cute with a beachy theme. Everything was provided as stated. Most of condo was cleaned well except for the master bathroom. The shower still had hair in it and the toliet had not been wiped down. Other than that, everything was very clean. We would stay here again in the future.

What a great condo, great location, couldn't ask for anything better. Great decor through the whole condo, on the ocean, wake up to sunrise every morning, listen to the waves at night, moon shining, great way to fall asleep. This condo owned by Tim & Stefanie, this is there paradise and honor to be able to stay at this great unit, great location. Have needs?, Stefanie gets back to you same day. I recommend this unit highly, you won't regret it, and if you don't rent you sure don't know what your missing!!!

Just what we needed

This place was great! Location is right on the beach and pretty secluded as far as commercial properties. My daughter and I stayed here and the place had all the necessities… beach chairs, pots, pans, kuerig, etc. they had a few things as far as spices, etc, but most things need to be purchased. Owners were very accommodating because we came in on early flight, allowed us to go in and grab beach chairs before cleaners were done. Weather was not awesome on Saturday, so we went to the grand Mall and it was fun. I would love to do this vacation with the whole family. I would say the porch is a little smaller than expected, probably fit 6 people comfortably out there. Bed was comfortable and view from master was beautiful!

A True Blessing

Thank you so much, Stefanie, for a dream vacation!!! I've stayed "at the beach" many times, but (except for a hotel with college roommates years ago), I've never stayed this close to the actual beach before. I took advantage of every moment I could on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Because of some health issues, I felt like I was able to be with my husband and teens as they played in the ocean, etc. while watching them from the balcony - I was that close! I even felt up to trying sitting on the beach on our last day there knowing that if I started to feel bad, it was a very short walk back to anything I might need in the condo. This was a true blessing for me. Stefanie and her husband are also AMAZING hosts in all ways including excellent communication and kindness. The condo looked and smelled fresh and homelike as soon as we stepped in the door. They provided even more amenities than we'd had at other beach homes including beach chairs. We were so well taken care of. Thank you for everything!

Excellent views and access to ocean

7 of us stayed recently from out of state and enjoyed the property location and views. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella tucked away in a closet. The outdoor space and walkway to the beach were pristine and upkept nicely. Grass cutting and lawncare equipment ran on both Tuesday and Wednesday morning at 0900 disturbing the balcony peace for roughly an hour and half. We did notice both sets of sliding doors were extremely dirty creating a barrier of vision. I took pictures to document on my review but now I see I am unable to attach pictures. The unit stairs (up several flights) were difficult to maneuver our luggage and the tread was damaged causing a trip hazard on about 6 steps. Several bath towels were tattered. I would have loved to see a personal touch or welcome paperwork from the property. No extra amenities or local information (restaurants, to do, malls, site seeing, maps) were provided to us at the property.

Would Recommend

We had a great time during our visit. To help others I’ll list pros and cons. Pros: 1. Good location 2. Easy walk to beach (although pathway had a yellow chain up so we initially thought the pathway was closed. It actually has a sign saying it’s for tenants only) 3. Owner was very responsive. 4. Bed in main bedroom was very comfortable. Cons: 1. If you bring pets who need grass to go to the bathroom, there is none. You have to go across the street to another property for grass. 2. Not very soundproof. You could hear every step that the upstairs neighbors took and unfortunately they never seemed to sit down. They would be walking around at 4:00 in the morning and it was very loud. For someone who has not lived in an apartment for some time it was very frustrating. 3. The deck is very small and completely full of furniture. One of the main reasons I picked this property is because it was ocean front and appeared to have a big deck. That ended up being a photography trick. The unit itself is smaller than it looks in the photos too. Overall, more pros than cons. It’s a nice place to stay.
