The apartment is located in a building with an elevator. Guests can also enjoy the exterior space.

However, you'll find convenient options nearby, including CPA Lot 74 at 656 Confluence Way SE, street parking, and paid parkades. You can enjoy free parking every day from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as well as all day on Sundays and holidays. The Stampede/Saddledome is a quick 6-minute drive. For exploring the city, consider the C-Train, with the nearest station a short distance away, offering a convenient way to reach downtown and other attractions.
