Enjoy a game room with arcade and foosball, flexible sleeping spaces, smart TVs throughout, laundry, and trailer-friendly parking. Unwind outside with a private hot tub, BBQ, seating, and a seasonal wood-burning fire pit in the wide open backyard!

On the main level, you’ll find a functional mudroom with a washer and dryer—perfect for post-adventure cleanup. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking at home, along with two dining areas to comfortably accommodate your group. The living room features a smart TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and plenty of seating to relax after a day outdoors.

Upstairs is a second living space designed for fun, featuring a game room with a smart TV, arcade, and foosball table—plus additional lounge space for movies or hanging out.

Throughout the home, you’ll notice beautiful wood finishes, soaring ceilings, ceiling fans, and an open, airy feel that makes the space both cozy and expansive.

Step outside to enjoy a large, open backyard with room to roam, a BBQ grill, and outdoor seating. Soak in the private hot tub or gather around the wood-burning fire pit (seasonal—may be snow-covered in winter months) for a perfect mountain evening.

- This home is located in Centennial Shores HOA next to Island Park Reservoir and includes access to a private community boat launch for easy water access!

- This home shares a lot with a smaller cottage nearby; however, all spaces are separate to ensure your privacy. Need more room? Both homes can be booked together as Timberline Reserve for additional sleeping space and a larger group experience!

- 40 minutes to Yellowstone National Park

- 4WD/AWD is HIGHLY recommended during fall, winter, and spring months
