PET POLICY: Up to two dogs are permitted. The maximum weight of each dog is twenty-five pounds.

All pet(s) must be approved prior to submitting a reservation. If pet(s) are permitted they cannot be left unattended in the property unless left in a kennel. Guest acknowledges they are responsible for all damages attributable to any pet. Guest assumes all liability for damages attributable to any pet, including, but not limited to, damage to furnishings, walls, floor, windows, appliances, damages stemming from animal bites, etc. WE do not allow pets on the furniture. Any pet hair on furniture will have an additional cleaning fee billed directly to the guest via the platform.

Additional cleaning fee for glitter , confetti , nail poilsh, paint, markers or anything that is going to require professional additional cleaning will be billed to the guest via the platform.

You are welcome to use the private dock. It is at your own risk. This is Florida and the Rainbow River is home to native wildlife. Please do not leave children unattended.
DO not leave food unattended.

Please put the kayaks back on the porch when you leave.
Life jackets are required to be worn on the river. NO food or drinks allowed on the river.
There is not a boat ramp on property., the nearest ramp is less than a minute away . no boats are allowed at the private dock. IT is for kayaks only.
