Property delivered on what we were looking for on the weekend. Backyard offered nice shade. Was a quick distance to the Ft. Worth Stockyards and the airport.

The house is great and has a very unique set up. They did a great job decorating. Its super cute. The pool was nice too! There were a few things around the house that need attention but after communicating woth the host he was aware and had a plan to fix it. Overall, great property!

Loved, loved, LOVED this property!! We stayed with 9 guest, 3 adults and 6 kids, it was such a good and easy stay! The pool was fantastic, there is so much tree coverage the pool was enjoyable all day long. Nice shade, lots of sitting options outside and just beautiful scenery. When we first arrived there was an issue with the upstairs AC and within 10 minutes of me messaging, the host had a repair man out to fix it up within the hour. That alone should get 10 stars on communication! They provided pool towels, washer and dryer accessible. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Pots and pans, dishes. They had water and ice stocked for the hot summer! Bedrooms were all GOOOD BIG sizes and beds were comfortable and cozy. The house itself is BIG and a bit of a maze and the kiddos LOVED it! We played hide and go seek and it was perfect! Location is great!! You are 10/15 minutes away from mallls and all kinds of eating options. Parking is just the driveway, but could easily fit 4 vehicles. One of my best Vrbo experiences! 10/10 for the Host Matthew! He had great communication, fast and was very eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay 120%

The house is very spacious for a large group! The rooms are actually very large with plenty of room to move around or even have play pens or toddler beds even in the rooms with the king beds. There is a picture in the listing of a bunk bed, which we were counting on, that is not there. While it is the perfect house for a large group, if you are traveling separately, there is not parking for a large group. The house is on a very busy major street in Fort Worth and you cannot park on the street. The only parking is in the driveway. There is also no parking nearby to park additional vehicles. The host is very communicative and was thoughtful in what was in the house for us. The towels are good, full towels and there are plenty of them. There is jumbo size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom. The host even went so far as to have everything we needed for coffee available for us, including good creamer. Unfortunately, while we had intended on using the pool and hot tub during the Memorial Day weekend, we were informed the motor had broken and both the pool and hot tub were way to filthy to be used. While I understand the motor breaking is out of anybody's control, we were informed the day of check-in of the problem and were told it would be fixed by noon the next day. We were there three days and it was never fixed and we were offered no compensation after specifically renting a house on the holiday weekend with a pool.

I strive to fulfill all guest expectations and take that seriously! While the house is indeed on a busier street, I would like to note for future guests that there is room for six cars to park at the house. Four cars can fit on the driveway and two in the garage.
