It is a short ride to Harbour Town's scenic Yacht Basin with its signature golf course, lighthouse, water front restaurants, shops and live entertainment.

Guests have free use of Lake Forest's community pool and tennis/pickleball courts which are a one minute walk from our front door.

The heart of our villa is an open concept living area designed for relaxation. A large living room features a vaulted ceiling, 43" Smart TV and two sliding glass doors opening to the rear deck.

The rear deck overlooks a peaceful lagoon. It features a patio table that seats four, a propane gas grill and two rocking chairs. It is an ideal spot for enjoying morning coffee or quiet reading.

There is a dining area adjacent to the living room. The dining table seats six for a proper family feast.

The kitchen is a chef's delight fully equipped for anything. It features stainless steel appliances and all the essentials including both Keurig and regular coffee makers. There is a dedicated work desk in the kitchen for catching up on E-mails or keeping your favorite recipes handy.

The Primary Bedroom features a plush king size bed, 43" Smart TV and a cozy reading chair. The ensuite bathroom offers double sinks, a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

The Guest Bedroom is perfect for kids or adults. It has two Twin XL beds and a 43" Smart TV. Guests have easy access to a spacious bathroom with double sinks and a combination tub/shower.

In addition, there is a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests.

There are two parking spaces directly outside our private courtyard for your convenience.

Managed by an experienced host, our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to purchase are food and beverages for your vacation.
