You’ll have the entire unit to yourself. Parking is available on the street on a first come first serve basis and with no restrictions. Contactless check in is provided by keypad. It’s the upper unit of a double townhouse and the red entry door is on your left.
-Please note that we charge a $100 pet fee per pup and additional pets are $75 each which will be charge separately. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste. -IMPORTANT: Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200.
As far as bringing a pet, we can not accept pets that are vicious breed dogs and or animals that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture. We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regards to the security deposit, including smell or hair. Guests should be able to clean any hair out before leaving. -$25 fee for Excessive pet hair cleaning up.
-Early check-in fee $75, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.
PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest ages 25 years old below, no reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
- Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it`s all used up.

However, due to environmental factors and changes in weather, occasional sightings of bugs may still occur.
