Lakefront retreat on a flat, level lot with an easy walk to the water—no steep hills or stairs. Located in a no-wake zone, perfect for swimming, floating, kayaking, and fishing. Private dock and beautiful lake views. Kayaks are available for guest use. Just a short walk or kayak ride to the marina and waterfront restaurant (6 doors down). Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. We’re located an hour from Atlanta, and close to Covington, Monticello, and Flovilla. Must go eat at Yahola Creek!

The space
Enjoy beautiful lake views from our flat, level property in a peaceful no-wake zone. Relax on the back porch, gather around the fire pit while watching boats launch, fish or simply unwind by the water.

Grill out after a day on the lake, or take a one-minute walk (or quick kayak ride) to Fire & Ice restaurant for food and fun. The perfect mix of relaxation and lake life convenience!

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is thoughtfully arranged for families or groups.

•The living room is an open, cozy space with beautiful lake views and features a queen sleeper sofa with comfortable bedding for additional sleeping space.

•Bedroom 1- offers a cozy queen bed and a private half bath for added convenience. In addition to the half bath, there is a full bathroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

•Bedroom 2 -also has lake views and includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed plus an additional twin bed — perfect for kids or extra guests.

•Landry room- for your convenience, a washer and dryer are included, with laundry detergent provided. The laundry area is located in the same space as the full bathroom for easy access during your stay.

The bright sunroom is a favorite gathering spot for all ages. It’s the perfect place to relax, play board games, or let the kids enjoy the video game system while staying connected to the rest of the home.

Step outside and enjoy your private dock, located in calm water ideal for fishing, swimming, or launching the provided kayak. A life vest is available for guest use. Children must be supervised at all times around the water.

Kitchen : dishwasher , refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven (gas), microwave, standard coffee pot(coffee,creamer/ sugar provided), toaster, blender, cooking basics, spices, dish-ware/flatware, trash bags and paper towels, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Outdoor Gas Grill: Fire up the gas grill and enjoy lakeside cookouts during your stay.
Propane is provided. Please clean the grill after use so it’s ready for the next guests.

General: The home offers Wi-Fi, central heating and air, and a full laundry room with a washer and dryer for your comfort and convenience. Enjoy easy keyless entry for stress-free check-in

Reminder: Please bring lake towels, sunscreen, bug spray, groceries, shampoo/conditioner, body wash or bar soap, and any personal toiletries or hygiene items you may need during your stay

Pontoon Boat Rental (Optional Add-On)
We offer a pontoon boat available for rent during your stay for an additional fee. Advance notice is recommended to ensure availability.

Renter must be 25+ years old with a valid driver’s license. A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required prior to use. The boat must be returned in the same condition it was received. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during use.

Guest access
Please do not enter the boathouse or storage shed, as these areas contain personal property and are not included in the rental. Guests have access to the home, private dock, kayaks and porch areas only.

Other things to note
• Waterfront property — children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially near the dock.
• Two exterior security cameras (front door and dock area). No interior cameras.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels respectful at all times and no loud music.
• If the pontoon boat is present at the dock, please do not board, enter, or operate it unless you have reserved it for rental.
• No pets.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

Primary Renter
• Primary guest must be 21 years or older and must stay on the property for the entire reservation.
