Spring on the lake is exciting! We accept mid-term rentals.
This family—and dog-friendly lake compound is on a broad but quiet cove. There are no party boats or road noise. It is in a safe, upscale neighborhood with a gorgeous dock and breathtaking lake views. We have fiber internet!

There are three separate buildings on our property that you will have access to. The main house has a kitchen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The large deck is attached with dining and grilling options. We've converted the garage into an ample play space with a theatre area and multiple games. We provide basketball, ping-pong, a stand-up multi-cade, table games, ring toss, bean bag toss, and more. There's a large seating area to watch the 75" TV—a table and chairs, a refrigerator, and a microwave for popcorn. The last building is a guest cottage. There's a king bed, TV, seating, and storage. There isn't water or a bathroom in the garage or guest cottage.
You can use the dock, kayaks, and fire pit at your own risk. Don't leave children unattended near the water or fire. Life jackets of varying sizes are available for youth and adults, including one infant life jacket. You must use them when kayaking!

We are dog-friendly. For a $75 service fee, you can bring up to 2 dogs, 50 lbs and under. If needed, there is a fenced area. You will receive separate doggy rules if you indicate you are bringing a dog. Upon request, we will consider up to 3 dogs with an additional $25 fee.
