We are Pet Friendly!

Guests have full access to the entire home during their stay, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor spaces.

For safety and maintenance reasons, a few areas are not accessible to guests:

The unfinished basement

One unfinished bedroom

The cleaning supply storage closet

These spaces are securely locked to ensure guest safety and to store maintenance and cleaning materials.

Amenities:

-This property features a starter set of supplies for guests which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & hand soap. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, we recommended purchasing additional supplies!

-The beds are fully made & ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens.

- Our outdoor furniture is available weather dependent- typically late spring to early fall.

-We do our best to keep the propane tanks full for your stay. However, if a tank happens to run out, we may not be able to replace it immediately. If needed, please feel free to have it refilled, and we will gladly reimburse you for the cost!

-Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner's home and considerate of the neighbors at all times.

Safety:

- Please note that the couch is positioned against the second-floor stair railing. While this layout works well for most guests, it may present a fall hazard for young children.

For safety reasons, children should never be left unattended in this area or anywhere near the stairs. Guests are fully responsible for supervising children at all times during their stay.
