Welcome to Deer Point, your Ocean City getaway designed for relaxed beach living. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers plenty of space for families or friends looking to enjoy the charm of North Ocean City while staying close to the shore.



Mornings here tend to start easy. Coffee brews in the kitchen while the house slowly wakes up, and before long you’re stepping outside to feel the bayside breeze drifting through the neighborhood. With the beach just moments away, it doesn’t take long before everyone is ready to grab towels and get ready for the beach.



The best part is that you're tucked away at the end of 94th street meaning you are close by to the epicenter of Ocean City hot spots like Liquid Assets, but in a calm residential neighborhood, providing the ideal home for a family to escape the hustle and bustle of Ocean City.



After a morning of sunshine, waves, and sandy feet, returning home is just as simple. Some guests settle into the living room to stream a movie on the Smart TV or watch their classic shows on Xfinity cable, while others gather in the kitchen preparing lunch or talking about dinner plans nearby.



Inside, the living room is comfortable and welcoming with seating for everyone, plus a queen sleeper sofa that provides additional sleeping space. It’s an easy place to relax after a full day at the beach.



The dining area is perfect for shared meals, board games, or planning tomorrow’s adventures. The fully equipped kitchen makes vacation cooking simple, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or winding down with a casual dinner after a day along the coast

What is the minimum age to rent?

✹ Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the entire stay. Sorry, we do not rent to Senior Week or similar student groups. Parents cannot rent on behalf of children under 25.



How do I access the property?

✹ We utilize an E-Lock system for easy, contactless check-in. You will receive your unique access code prior to arrival.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
