Mieten Sie diese schöne 2.000 Quadratmeter große Wohnung in der Innenstadt von Ocean City. Großartige Lage in der Nähe der Bucht, an der Ecke von Wicomico und Philadelphia. Gehen Sie zum Strand, Promenade, lokalen Bars und Restaurants. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich Dumsers hausgemachtes Eis.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der 3. Etage und verfügt über 2 reservierte Parkplätze.

Ab der letzten Woche von Juni bis September ist die Unterkunft nur für wöchentliche Anmietungen mit samstagsem Check-in verfügbar.
Mindestens drei Nächte in der Nebensaison.

Bettwäsche ist NICHT inbegriffen (Bettwäsche / Handtücher). Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Bettwäsche mitzubringen oder einen Wäscheservice zu erwerben. Toilettenpapier, Seifen, Reinigungsmittel, Müllsäcke und Papiertücher werden bereitgestellt.

A home away from home

I love this property. We go every year. It's become our home away from home. Everything is perfect when we arrive. They think of everything to ensure your comfort. It is close to everything. After we do our grocery shopping we park the car and walk everywhere. Church, restaurants, shopping, Rides, arcades. I look forward to it every year.

Everything we wanted and more

Very clean, well organized, and amazing layout. The location was also amazing and very convenient for having to drive back and for to the convention center. I would definitely book this location again.

It’s was awesome place!!!

We normally come here with my family every year for our vacation; since my older daughter was 1 year old, now she is 11 and we still love OC and obviously we been in different houses or places but this is one of the most excellent place, because it’s in the island and close to the beach and all activity’s… so definitely recommend.

Great location and accommodation

Great location and perfect views. Linda's place is great for a family vacation. Walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, shops and restaurants. The place is nicely decorated and clean with plenty of beds and rooms for a large family. We had a wonderful time there and we would rent this place again the next time we visit. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic location and accommodations

Been renting this property as much as we can over the years! The owner is great to deal with and the unit is always spotlessly clean. This unit is very large and spacious, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and within walking distance to all things downtown has to offer, boardwalk, rides, resturants, fishing pier, etc. Absolutely love this unit!

Great place for family

Plenty of space for 3 families. 2 families with children. Close to the beach and boardwalk. We could walk to everything we needed. Food, fun, beach, boardwalk, rides, and ice cream. Could use a up grade on pots and pans, and some extra coffee cups.

Beautiful condo and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk

The condo was beautiful and well stocked with everything for cooking, going to the beach and a notebook with everything available in the area. It is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk where there’s always something to do. We did a boat tour to see the fireworks over the ocean which was beautiful and just a short walk to the dock. We were there for the week of July 4th and had 2 assigned parking spots, luckily we only had 1 vehicle because when we came back from dinner before going for fireworks someone had parked in one of our spots ( there were 2 other renters at the same time that encountered the same problem). There’s a sign in the building that says parking is strictly enforced and ro ca the city for problems, they told us to call the towing company (who is also listed on the sign) and they in turn told us they can’t do anything unless the owner themselves call…needless to say the strict parking policy was not enforced. I don’t know what we would have done if we had brought 2 vehicles because it was a zoo with people coming to watch the fireworks. We rented linen which was more convenient than having to bring all of that as well, but a bit pricey. Everything was clean but we aren’t sure if the mattress covers, pillows and comforters were washed between renters. We had a bed we weren’t using that had dirty pillows and there were popcorn kernels/crumbs on the bed. After removing my sheets, there was a lot of hair on the mattress protector. Had a great time!
