The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The middle bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The well-stocked kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and furnishings. The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen. There's also a formal dining room - perfect for a family dinner after a long day of beach fun.

Want to spend some time outdoors? Enjoy hanging out on the screened porch, or head out to the back yard and sit on the patio while you grill up some burgers on the gas grill. The yard is also fenced, so let your kids or your dog run free without any worries!

Please note that there are two TVs - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Both are smart TVs with streaming capabilities, so you will log into your own streaming services for entertainment. Cable is not provided at this property.

Deposits will be refunded, less processing fee, if reservation is cancelled over 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Inside of 60 days prior to your arrival refunds will NOT be made unless property is re-rented.

Any service fees paid to Vrbo are external from our company and cannot be refunded or handled through Golden Isles Realty. We cannot cancel Vrbo reservations and re-enter them into our system to avoid the service fee. All reservations, booked through Vrbo or not, are subject to our company's policies as outlined in our rental agreement.
