The Space:
Step into this modern retreat designed for groups, families, and special gatherings. This spacious 5-bedroom home sleeps up to 16 guests, offering the perfect mix of open gathering spaces and comfortable private rooms for everyone in your group.
As you enter through the welcoming front porch, you’re greeted by a bright open-concept living space with tall ceilings and plenty of room to gather. At the center of the room is a pool table, creating a fun and social atmosphere right from the start. The living area also features a massive U-shaped couch and a 100-inch TV, perfect for watching sports, movies, or relaxing together. The master king bedroom is located on this floor as well and has a private ensuite bathroom with a big walkin shower with waterfall showerhead.
The main living space flows seamlessly into a large dining area and chef’s kitchen with a spacious island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a toaster, blender, oven, fridge/freezer, and a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee, making it easy to prepare meals and start your mornings comfortably.
Toward the back of the main level, you’ll find a dedicated game area with an electric dart board and board games for additional entertainment. In the back you'll also find the first laundry room equiped with a washer & dryer. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and lead directly to the first outdoor patio, where guests can enjoy a hot tub, grill, fire pit, cozy seating, and evening lighting. This patio also provides access to the two-car garage.
Upstairs, 4 additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for the group, including a spacious bunk room designed for larger parties. 2 bedrooms share an ensuite Jack & Jill bathroom, while others include private ensuite bathrooms for added privacy. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. On this floor you'll also find the second laundry room with washer & dryer.
Guests can also enjoy a second covered patio on the upper level, accessible from the bunk room and ensuite bathroom, offering another relaxing outdoor space complete with seating and a fire pit.
