Kick back and relax in this calm, tranquil paradise. Located in beautiful St. Pete beach. Beautiful view of a small lake with fountains from the living room and patio on both sides. Close to Tierra Verde and Ft Desoto Park as well as Passe a grille and the Don Cesar. This community is quite large and has quite a few condo buildings so you are sure to make new friends! Landscaping in this complex is beautiful with Palm trees everywhere!

Very spacious and bright with a balcony that can be entered onto from the master bedroom as well as the living room. Views of palm trees and fountains along with a beautiful breeze make this a very nice place to sip coffee in the morning and listen to the birds who love it here too!

The kitchen overlooks the living area with large picture windows so you can watch the palm trees sway while cooking an amazing dinner after a nice day at the beach or sightseeing.

There is an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom but also a half bath for when you have guests. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and an elevator to access the 4th floor where this condo is located.

Guests have access to all of the amenities on the grounds with the pool being located right by this condo. There is also a hot tub and lounge chairs and a view of the water.

Guests must complete a form for the HOA which must be submitted 30 days prior to your stay to have a background check run and for them to issue parking passes. The fee for the application is $150. This will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
