Step into Low Tide and the first thing you notice is the light. It is one half of a two-unit building, and Low Tide has the run of the lower two levels: a bright main floor with two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living and dining area built for gathering, plus a lower level with a family room, a bunk room for the kids, and a sunroom that looks straight out at the ocean.



This is a Lincoln City vacation rental built for real trips, the ones with grandparents and grandkids, or two families splitting a week at the coast. Everyone gets their own space to retreat to, and everyone ends up back in the same room by evening anyway.

A quick note: Low Tide shares its building with a second unit, High Tide, on the floor above. The host has added resilient channel, floor insulation, and rugs upstairs to cut down on noise, and most stays are quiet, but if High Tide is occupied you may hear some footsteps overhead.
