✹ DOCK: Boats, jet skis, and other aquatic vessels cannot be docked at the property.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway.

✹ PET-FRIENDLY: We have a 2 pet maximum and a $100 pet fee. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friends.

This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays, etc (anything that is out of our control as a host).
