El edificio se encuentra en el PARALELO OBISPADO, en una zona Médica muy segura y con buenos puntos de comercio. Hay un 7-eleven caminando.

El edificio está a nivel de la calle, por lo que, tiene muy fácil acceso a pie al igual que en carro al estacionamiento.

Por protocolo de seguridad y acceso del edificio, es necesario presentar identificación oficial de cada huésped, que coincida con los datos proporcionados por el chat de airbnb al llegar al edificio.
GENERAL RULES OF THE AIRBNB

It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm; a fine will be imposed after the first warning.
3. Only registered guests and visitors notified to the host will be granted access.
4. Guests and visitors must present identification upon registration in the building.
5. Parties and walking around the property with open alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
6. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited; if stains occur, additional cleaning or replacement charges will apply.
7. Charges will apply for stained towels and/or bed sheets, whether from makeup or other substances.
8. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
9. If any damage to the furniture and/or inventory is observed, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
10. Only the designated parking space may be used.
11. Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
12. Pets are prohibited. If it is a service animal, approval from the host is required.
13. The amenity rules must be followed.
14. Keys and/or cards should be left in the place indicated by the host.

BUILDING AND AMENITY RULES

1. Common areas of the building must be respected; guests will be financially responsible for any damage.
2. Only the parking space designated by the host may be used.
3. Neighbors and security guards must be respected.

FINES

Violating any point of both regulations may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain cannot be removed, the full item will be charged.

Stained linens: $800 MXN per bed sheet set, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.

Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If not reported to the host, an additional $1,000 charge will apply).

Damage to property: Material cost + Labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.

Loss of keys and/or cards will result in a $500 MXN replacement charge.
