El edificio está a nivel de la calle, por lo que, tiene muy fácil acceso a pie al igual que en carro al estacionamiento.

Excelente opción para transporte de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto, así como para transporte durante su estancia. Sujeto a disponibilidad y el costo depende de la distancia.

GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making the reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be applied after the first warning.
3. Only guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host will be allowed access.
4. Guest and visitor identification must be shown at check-in in the building.
5. Parties are prohibited, and walking around the apartment with open alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
6. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If stains occur, an additional cleaning fee or replacement cost will be charged.
7. A charge will be made for towels and/or bed linens if they are stained, whether by makeup or any other substance.
8. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
9. If any damage to furniture and/or inventory is noticed, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
10. Only the indicated parking spot may be used.
11. Air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
12. Pets are prohibited. In the case of a service animal, the host must approve it in advance.
13. The amenity rules must be followed.
14. Keys and/or cards should be left in the place indicated by the host.

BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES

1. Common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
2. Only the parking spot indicated by the host may be used.
3. Neighbors and security guards must be respected.

FINES

Violation of any point of both regulations can result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full item will be charged.

Stained linens: $800 MXN for a set of sheets, $500 MXN for a towel, and $1,500 MXN for a duvet.

Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Item value (If not reported to the host, an additional $1,000 MXN charge will apply).

Damage to the property: Material cost + Labor cost + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.

Loss of keys and/or cards: A $500 MXN replacement fee will be charged.
