•Since this is a basement unit, you may occasionally hear light sounds from above, such as footsteps or movement. You may also notice some ambient noise from outside, as the unit is closer to street level. Earplugs are provided for your comfort during your stay.



•For stays of 7 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning service is available for an additional fee. Please schedule at least 24–48 hours in advance. Guests are asked to step out of the unit while the cleaning is completed.



• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and recommend avoiding online orders, as delivery times cannot be guaranteed within your stay.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
