Welcome to Sunny Hill Lookout, a retreat offering stunning views of the north hills and white water vistas to the west and south. Located in downtown Cayucos, next to Hardie Park, the Cayucos Public Library, and Cayucos Pool, it's just a short three-block walk to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants.

This bright home features an open floor plan, with a cozy living room and a gas fireplace for winter, or open sliders to enjoy the beach air in summer. The modern kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar for four, and a dining table for six. A slider opens to a deck with seating for up to ten, perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying the views.

Sunny Hill Lookout offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room sofa turns into a queen bed. The spacious wrap-around deck provides relaxing spots to enjoy the view. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms keep things cool.

Please note that there is no BBQ available, and Cayucos Pool is seasonal (Memorial Day-Labor Day). The chairlift is no longer available. Private parking is next to the entrance.
