Welcome to Farm Charm; a beautiful 5-bedroom retreat offering gorgeous views over Springs Dock on Norris Lake! Featuring modern farmhouse chic decor and a unique layout with a separate guest suite above the detached garage, this home provides the perfect blend of togetherness and privacy for up to 11 guests.

Farm-Chic Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to cook family meals, including an oven, stove, microwave, and essential cookware.

Dining Space: Gather around the indoor dining table, or use the sliding glass doors for easy access to the outdoor deck.

Garage Guest Suite Lounge: The detached garage features an upper-level entrance area complete with a mini-fridge and a coffee bar—perfect for early risers who want their morning brew without walking to the main house!

Convenience: An in-suite laundry room with a washer and dryer is available in the main house.

Outdoor Living & Waterfront:

Deck & Views: Step out onto the back deck to enjoy outdoor seating and stunning elevated views of Springs Dock and Norris Lake.

Grill Master`s Spot: A grill is provided on the deck, making it easy to barbecue a family meal while taking in the scenery.

Boat Slips: While a slip is not included at the house, covered slips are available for rent through our office at Deerfield Cove Marina (just a quick 3-minute drive away!). (Note: The marina is a separate entity and charges a $25 launch fee).

Master Suite (Right Side): King Bed, located on the opposite end of the house for maximum privacy.

Bedroom 2 (Left Side): One Full Bed + One Twin Bed.

Bedroom 3 (Left Side): Queen Bed.

Detached Garage Guest Suite:

Bedroom 4 (Left Side): King Bed.

Bedroom 5 (Right Side): Queen Bed.

Bathrooms: 3 Full Baths.

Main House: Master Ensuite (His & hers sinks, separate stand-up shower, and a separate soaking tub). Shared Hall Bath (Shower/tub combo).

Garage Suite: Shared Full Bath (Shower/tub combo).

TRAILER PARKING (Strictly Enforced): Trailers are NOT ALLOWED at any property in Deerfield Resort per HOA rules. Trailer parking is available at Deerfield Cove Marina ($7) or at our Deerfield Vacation Rentals office ($10).

BYO TOWELS: Bath towels are NOT provided. Please bring your own bath and beach towels. We do provide bed linens and kitchen towels.

Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit (1 roll of TP per bath, 1 paper towel roll, trash liners, and sample dish soap). Please plan to bring extra supplies for your stay.

Pet Policy: Strictly NO PETS allowed due to severe allergies.

Check-in/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM (No early check-ins). Check-out is at 10:00 AM (No late check-outs).

Check-In Procedure: Check-in takes place at our rental office: 1233 Deerfield Way, LaFollette TN, 37766 (Office Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM). You will receive your entry code, map, and car passes here. Arriving late? Let us know, and we will arrange a late-arrival procedure for you.

A personal vehicle is recommended for this location. Valid ID and Credit Card required at check-in.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

Security deposits cc holds are required and returned approximately 14 days or less after departure.

Strict guest limits are enforced (children over 3 count toward the total); use of blow-up mattresses or tents to exceed capacity will result in eviction without refund.

No unauthorized pets, house parties, fireworks, RVs, campers, motorcycles, or off-road vehicles are permitted in the resort.

Locked owner closets and garages are strictly off-limits; tampering results in loss of security deposit.

Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any issues within one hour; no refunds are provided for mechanical failures or inclement weather.

Starter supplies (toilet paper/soap) are limited and not replenished during your stay.

Bath towels are NOT provided—please remember to bring your own!
