Estero Beach & Tennis Club is a one-bedroom, one-bath beachfront condo located at the southern end of tropical Estero Island. The resort consists of three towers located on 10 acres with lush tropical vegetation and well-manicured landscaping with a pond and fountain near the entrance. The heated pool is just outside the lobby elevators between buildings A and B, and beach access is just steps away leading to a seven-mile stretch of white sugar sand beach. Resort amenities include four clay tennis courts, BBQ grills, ample parking, luggage carts, and bellman trolleys available at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. Convenient on-site laundry facilities are available on the ground level. At the front of the resort driveway is a Trolley stop where you can go either up or down the entire island. Santini Marina Plaza is directly across the boulevard. Behind that on the bay is Fishtail Marina with its own restaurant, boat charters, rentals and docks. Taking the Trolley north takes you to the busy Times Square area with its myriad of shops, restaurants and night life, including the new Margaritaville Resort. To the south is Lover's Key State Park, a natural Florida environment with natural beaches, tropical foliage and a wide variety of colorful birds. This location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. Estero Beach & Tennis Club unit is accessed via secure lobby then by elevator up to the 10th floor. This unit has amazing panoramic views of the Gulf of America and the Naples area. There is tile flooring throughout, and décor is beachy/tropical. Entry is into a foyer and then the open plan kitchen, living and dining area with balcony. The living room features a standard sized sleeper sofa, making this condo sleep 4 people comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops with tile backsplash and cabinets with all the necessary items to create whatever type of meal desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, 4 burner stove top with oven and an above-range built-in microwave oven. The adjacent dining area has a cafe table seating four. This flows into the living area furnished sofa, coffee table, chair and a flat screen tv. There are expansive sliding glass doors out to the furnished balcony with its panoramic views that include Naples and the vast Gulf of America from a 10th floor vantage point.



The nicely furnished bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, and a dresser with mirror. Upon waking in the morning, without even moving your head, the view will be the Gulf of America with Naples in the distance. The en suite bathroom has a granite vanity with lavatory and a combination shower/tub. Floor to ceiling sliding doors between the bedroom and living area afford privacy should guests be present.
