Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit.

• For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $140. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $140/each.
• The home is equipped with electric blinds. You will need to be comfortable using a remote to adjust.
• One free off-street parking spot is provided, along with an EV charger for use. Additional vehicles will need to adhere to Seattle's street parking rules.
• This dwelling is a townhome and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. Refer to the above description for the detailed layout by floor.
• While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.
