This home is in walking distance to Hillsdale College and perfect for stays during college events and to visit the charming city of Hillsdale.

You will have the whole second floor of this house which is accessed via the front entry porch. You will enter through the first floor foyer of the house and up the stairs to the second level where you will be welcomed into a bright and cheery living space with a 65" wide screen TV and open plan kitchen and dining area . The kitchen is open and bright and stocked with all the essentials for your perfect stay.

The living area leads to 2 large bedrooms, both with King size beds and brand new soft carpeting, perfect for a restful night sleep.

Guests enjoy a serene atmosphere with heating and AC to keep the temperature just right.

Relax and enjoy your coffee while looking out into the 1.1 acre wooded property or go out and explore the college and the city. Our backyard connects directly to the famous North Country Scenic Trail - the longest in the National Trail System, stretching 4800 miles across 8 states.
The Searle Center, where most of the events take place at Hillsdale College, is just 12 minutes walk from our home.

If you have a bigger party and need more space, please check out our Unit 1 on the first floor which can accommodate additional 6 guests.
