Additional Information:



- Booking & Age Requirements: To preserve the family-oriented and peaceful environment of the community, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter.

- Occupancy & Guest Policies: The base layout accommodates large groups beautifully, but please note that an additional charge of $150 USD per person, per night applies for groups exceeding 18 guests, up to the maximum capacity of 22.

- Strict No-Smoking Policy: To ensure the property remains immaculate for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, both indoors and outdoors. Violation of this policy carries a mandatory $500 USD penalty.

- Villa Policies: To safeguard the high-end finishes of this estate, pets are not allowed on the property.

- Taxes: Please note that all luxury rental rates are subject to an additional 16% VAT and a 4% Lodging Tax.
