Excelente opción para transporte de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto, así como para transporte durante su estancia. Sujeto a disponibilidad y el costo depende de la distancia.
Por protocolo de seguridad y acceso del edificio, se tiene que ingresar mostrando en el lobby un QR por persona (lo proporcionara el anfitrión en el chat de la reservación) junto con una identificación oficial que coincida con el nombre del QR proporcionado.
Es importante consultar primero al anfitrión antes de reservar si se excede de 5 personas entre huéspedes y visitas.
GENERAL AIRBNB RULES
It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.
1. The property must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 p.m. A fine will be imposed after the first warning if the rules are not followed.
3. Access will only be allowed to guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host. For security and building access protocols, it is required to present a QR code and an official ID for each guest and visitor, which must match the details provided in the Airbnb chat upon arrival at the building.
4. Parties and walking around the apartment with open alcoholic drinks are prohibited.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If these items get dirty, an additional cleaning fee or replacement charge will apply.
6. Fees will be charged for towels and/or sheets if they are stained with makeup or other substances.
7. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
8. Any damage to the furniture and/or inventory must be reported to the host as soon as possible.
9. Only the designated parking space may be used.
10. Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed. If it is a service animal, it must be approved by the host.
12. The amenities rules must be followed.
13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the designated place mentioned by the host at check-out.
BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES
1. Use of amenities must be notified to the host by 11 a.m. the day before using them and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. The rules of each amenity must be respected, which are indicated in the folder inside the apartment and highlighted in the photos of the listing.
3. Common areas of the building must be respected. The guest will be financially responsible for any damages.
4. Trash must be thrown in the trash chute in small bags. GLASS, PET, and cardboard are PROHIBITED from being thrown in the chute. Glass, PET, and cardboard must be thrown in the recycling bin located behind the OAXACA restaurant in the plaza.
FINES
Failure to comply with any rule may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.
- Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain cannot be removed, the full price of the item will be charged.
- Stained linens: $800 MXN per sheet set, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.
- Damages and/or losses of furniture and inventory: Value of the item. If not reported to the host, an additional cost of $1,000 MXN will apply.
- Property damage: Material cost + labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.
- Lost keys and/or cards: A replacement fee of $500 MXN will apply.
