You will have exclusive and complete access to the entire studio, which is a completely separate unit. This includes your own private, fenced patio. For your convenience, on-site parking is available. The entrance is private, allowing you to come and go freely.

We respect your privacy so you can enjoy your stay with complete independence. We won`t be present during your visit, but we`ll be available to answer any questions or assist you through the messaging platform if needed.

To ensure complete transparency, we would like to inform you that the main house on the same property also operates as a vacation rental. Although your studio is a completely separate and private unit with its own entrance and patio, you may occasionally hear other guests in the outdoor areas of the property. We appreciate your understanding.

Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
Visitors must be approved in advance.

5. Cleanliness
Please treat the apartment with care.
Wash used dishes before checkout.
Dispose of trash properly in designated bins.

6. Damages & Breakages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Please report any accidental damage immediately.
