This villa includes daily housekeeping and an on-site villa manager. LOCATION:

Villa Monica is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic – close to the Punta Espada golf clubhouse.

Cap Cana is an exclusive gated resort community offering 24-hour security and world-class luxury. A favorite hideaway for discerning travelers and celebrities, this Caribbean paradise features pristine beaches, Punta Espada and the new Las Iguanas championship golf courses by Jack Nicklaus, and endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right close to the resort - 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

NOTE: You’ll have 1 golf touring cart included with the villa rental for transportation around the resort.

Villa Monica has 4 bedrooms – all located downstairs on the 1st floor (EU: Ground floor).

Bedroom 1: The primary suite with 1 King bed, dining table with 4 chairs, and a private terrace in front of the pool.

Bedroom 4 with 1 Queen bed

All bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

VILLA STAFF:

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
