Island Royale- Penthouse am Strand

Gulf-front penthouse with breathtaking 15th-floor views, a private balcony, and direct beach access. Walk to dining, enjoy uncrowded shores, and relax in a spacious 3BR/3BA layout with en-suite baths. Resort amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, and more. Reserved covered parking just steps from the beach makes every day effortless. Perfect for families seeking comfort, convenience, and coastal beauty.
Perched high above the shoreline, this Gulf-front penthouse offers a perspective that feels both expansive and deeply peaceful where the breeze is softer, the views stretch endlessly, and each day unfolds at a gentler pace. From the moment you arrive, the coast welcomes you in with effortless ease. There are no roads to cross and no distractions along the way, just a short, simple walk that leads you straight onto the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, where the sound of the waves and the warmth of the sun settle you instantly into vacation mode.

Step out onto your private corner balcony on the 15th floor, where the emerald waters meet an open horizon in every direction. Mornings arrive quietly here, with soft light spilling across the Gulf as you sip your coffee, and evenings linger just a little longer as the sky turns to shades of gold and blush. It’s the kind of place where time slows down naturally, inviting you to stay a little longer, breathe a little deeper, and take it all in.

Perfectly located just under a mile from the heart of Gulf Shores, you’ll find yourself within easy walking distance, whether along the shoreline or sidewalk, to local favorites like The Hangout, Bahama Bob’s, and the Pink Pony Pub. And just across the street, Pier 33 offers convenient access to anything you might need, from beach-day essentials to a quick snack between outings.

What truly sets this experience apart is the space, both above and along the shore. As a smaller, more intimate Gulf-front building, Island Royale offers a quieter stretch of beach with fewer crowds and more room to relax. Here, the sand feels wider, the atmosphere calmer, and the days unfold without rush, just as they should along the coast.
