Gulf Tower 12A- Direct gulf-front 2 2 sleeps 6

Gulf Tower is a low density, gulf front, high rise located in the heart of Gulf Shores, AL only 1.4 miles west of Highway 59 (& The Hangout) near shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located on the 12th floor, unit 12-A is a spacious, well appointed, 1000 square feet, two-bedroom, two-bath condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! The balcony is enclosed, acting like a sunroom, with sliding glass doors which provide privacy and yearlong enjoyment of the beach and gulf.
Unit 12-A is nicely appointed and features a well-equipped kitchen (offering a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker) with granite counters, tile floors in the common area and carpet in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, dining table which seats 6 & a washer/ dryer. The large master bedroom features a private bath, king sized bed, and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV, and a bathroom just across the hall. This condo sleeps 6. The living area has access to the sunroom/ balcony and features a large flat screen TV, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

**ONLY ONE PARKING PASS ALLOWED AT THIS COMPLEX**
If you have a second vehicle, we offer parking at our office, which is 10-minutes from the complex, for $50/stay.
Lost beach/pool access fob will result in a $100 replacement fee.

The Location
IMPORTANT: ONLY ONE vehicle is allowed in the parking lot. Gulf Tower is located directly on the beach with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The complex has a beach-side pool and BBQ grill area.
