Das Haus befindet sich im wunderschönen Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort und ist ein großartiger Ort für einen Familien- oder Golfurlaub. Das Haus verfügt über eine offene Küche mit allen neuen Arbeitsplatten aus Granit mit neuen Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl. Durch die offene Küche zum Ess- und Wohnbereich können Gespräche und Unterhaltungen ungestört geführt werden. Alle Ledersitze im Wohnbereich mit einem 50-Zoll-Smart-TV mit Blue-Ray-Player sind der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und Ihre Lieblingsfilme und -shows zu genießen. Der Essbereich lädt Sie ein, großartige Mahlzeiten auf einem Esstisch mit antiker Glasplatte zu genießen, an dem sechs Personen bequem Platz finden. Weitere 6 Sitzplätze sind rund um den Barbereich verfügbar. Die Schlafzimmer sind wie folgt: Hauptschlafzimmer - Kingsize-Bett mit 32-Zoll-Smart-TV mit Blick auf das 11. Dieses Haus verfügt auch über eine abgeschirmte Terrasse, auf der Sie ein großartiges Buch lesen oder ein Nickerchen machen können. Auf der Außenterrasse können Sie im Freien grillen und den Blick auf den Golfplatz genießen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Pools, die unseren Gästen zur freien Verfügung stehen. Great Place to stay

If I could change anything at all, it would be for the unit to come with a 6 seater golf cart. Not having a golf cart in this community is not advised. Luckily my son was ok with us renting him and bike and he just followed us on the bike. Overall, loved the location and the unit!

Nice unit and we enjoyed our stay. We had 2 issues but owner was quick to respond and resolve. One issue though, was not resolved to our satisfaction. The unit was not clean when we arrived and our check-in was delayed 4 hours. Owner refused to refund our full cleaning fee, but did provide small refund to compensate time we were delayed.

Great location and setup!

This house is in the perfect Sandestin location! We were minutes away from the beach and wharf, and everything was easily accessible by golf cart. Plenty of space for 6 people to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed our trip to the area!

We had a great time on our 10 day stay. Check in/out was a breeze. House is laid out great for a big family. King in master may be the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in. Eddie check in on us, is possibly best host/manager/owner i've encountered in 15 yrs of going down to Sandestin.

Really Lovely Family Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was comfortable and extremely clean in a beautifully kept quiet neighborhood. The golf cart was a fun bonus to ride around the neighborhood and to the beach. The nearby beaches are really beautiful and we enjoyed exploring several. Wonderful home!

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful area. Eddie was super friendly, easy to work with, and great at getting back with me. We loved being able to rent the golf cart; what a fun way to get around! The beach was very crowded the week we went, but we enjoyed time at the nearby state parks and pools. We hope to come back again and would recommend this home to anyone. It was perfect!

Spring Break 2021 Review

This property is in a great location. Sandestin resorts spans both sides of Hwy. 98. Part of it is located on the Gulf of Mexico (beachside), and the other majority part sits along the Choctawatchee Bay (bay side), several golf courses, a purpose built town (Bay Town) and multiple ponds and neighborhoods. This property is located on the Bay Side and is centrally located near the main entrance gate, slightly to the west, in an, older freestanding well-kept condo community. It is quiet and secluded but due to its central location, it is a quick drive (particularly if you rent the golf cart) to all amenities, which include pools, golf courses, the beach, Bay Town, and restaurants, etc. The location is a definite plus - so long as you are not hoping to be on the water. The back part of the condo overlooks a lovely, grassy shaded courtyard, which the boys used to play lacrosse, frisbee, or toss the football. There is a slight view to one of the golf courses, but plenty of room to play without disturbing anyone. They were also able to roller blade along the community road leading up to the condo and even enjoy some driveway hockey. (Plastic pucks and small nets - no windows were in danger.) The back porch area is a great sun spot in the spring, but in the summer, would be hot. However, there is a shaded/screened front porch area that is also nice for sitting and during summer. Next, the condo itself has been beautifully updated. The decor is nice, beds are comfortable, as is the living room furniture. You can watch anything you want on tv - all bedrooms also have their own. (The two boys could play x-box in the bedroom while we watched tv.) My personal favorite was the basket of beach reads (magazines and books) which were also useful for a rainy day. We went out to eat most of the time, but the condo has everything you need if you want to cook dinner in, bake, make cocktails, or enjoy coffee. It also has a large table with plenty of seating and additional stools at the counter, as well as an outdoor table that will seat another 4. Both bathrooms have hairdryers, no need to pack your own. Finally, I have to emphasize that the owner is a pleasure to deal with. Upon arrival, I could not locate the set of keys for the golf cart, and he responded immediately. I will definitely rent again the next time we head down.

A great place to stay

I loved this home. It was a great location, convenient to all the good shops and restaurants. It was a quiet street so relaxing was easy. The house was very clean and cool when we arrived. The air conditioning is top notch so don't be afraid of the summer heat when staying here. Its roomy enough for 7 people without being cramped. We enjoyed the screened patio and used it all throughout the day and night. We wished the ceiling fan was working on the porch, it would've been an added touch of coolness. The master bedroom showerhead is the most AMAZING showerhead in the world.....it's worth the stay here just to try it. It's a secret you will keep to yourself so no one else wants to try it. The golf cart is a little scary at first, it makes a lot of weird noises. We almost thought we wouldn't make it back from the beach but it held up all 4 days. It's super slow so expect everyone to pass you by LOL; but useful nonetheless. It made for a lot of laughs as we rode around the property. The owner Eddie is amazing, very reliable, helpful and a pleasure to work with so don't hesitate to reach out to him for questions regarding your stay. He kept in constant contact and provided all the assistance I needed to make my stay AMAZING! I will definitely be back to stay here with family and friends for years to come. Thanks Eddie :)

We purchased in June 2013 and spent the last half of the year remodeling our cottage in order for our family, friends and guest to enjoy more updated amenities when getting away to the beach.
