The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across a total of 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom.



The thoughtfully crafted interior and bedding layout includes:

- Living & Dining Spaces: A spacious living room equipped with a Smart TV, a formal indoor dining area with seating for 8, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar for 2, a private bar with a wine cooler, a water purification system, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a Sonos sound system.

- Bedding Layout: Two primary Master Suites featuring 1 plush King bed each, a Junior Bedroom equipped with 2 Queen beds, and a separate private Casita offering 1 King bed for added seclusion and comfort.

- Booking & Villa Policies: To preserve the serene environment of the community, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older as the primary signing renter. The villa enforces a strict no-smoking policy (indoors and outdoors); violations incur a mandatory $500 USD penalty. Pets are not permitted without prior written approval from the owner.

- Taxes & Fees: All rental rates are subject to an additional 20% tax.

As such, construction-related noise or activity in the surrounding area does not qualify for compensation, cancellation, relocation, or refunds.
