We are extremely sorry our condo was not up to your liking. You stated before you arrived that you would be leaving early- not due to the elevator, which is why there was no refund offered. When we discussed you leaving early, you specifically said that you “weren’t looking for a refund” as well. It seemed from our many communications with you during your stay, that you specifically do not like the developer building our condos, as you have had previous bad experiences. Unfortunately, that is not something we can control. Our condo listing has the “currently under construction” warnings listed as well as we have priced our luxury condo at a discount as it is still under construction. If you had made us aware of a specific need, we could have communicated more with you prior to booking. I would suggest confirming with any rental that the access is up to your standards as many lake properties require stairs for docks, etc. I’m sorry the renters above you were making noise, we have contacted security about that issue. As soon as the elevators are operational and the break wall construction for the docks is complete, we would love for you to give our condo another try, free of charge. Thanks for staying.
