The Space:

Treehouse Social unfolds across two levels, where thoughtful architecture and warm materials shape every room.



On the ground floor, the home opens into a relaxed living space that flows naturally into the kitchen - the visual centerpiece of the house. Beneath a skylight, powder-blue cabinetry and open shelving create a kitchen that feels equal parts functional and sculptural. Just beyond, the home transitions into a quieter corner where a dining table sits beside a dramatic floor-to-ceiling library wall and an architectural staircase. Large sliding glass doors open the entire space to the backyard.



Outside, the home opens to a large shaded backyard designed for gathering and unwinding. There’s outdoor dining, a grill, and lawn games including ladder toss, bucket ball, and bucket golf. The yard is fully enclosed, making it a secure space for dogs to roam while you relax. The dining area sits beneath one of Austin’s historic Moon Towers - a rare local landmark that gives the space a uniquely Austin backdrop. In total, the home sleeps up to 7 guests, with the upstairs lounge offering a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Just minutes away is Lady Bird Lake and the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail, a favorite among locals for morning runs, scenic walks, paddleboarding, and kayaking with skyline views. Being this close to the lake means you’re steps away from one of Austin’s most iconic outdoor spaces.



The home is also a short ride from Rainey Street, known for its lively collection of bungalow-style bars, patios, and restaurants that come alive in the evenings.



Nearby East Austin is packed with some of the city’s most celebrated restaurants and cafés, including Launderette, Kemuri Tatsu-Ya, Justine’s Brasserie, and Joe’s Bakery. Coffee lovers will also find excellent local spots like Desnudo Coffee and Figure 8 Coffee close by.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are welcome; however, this home is best suited for smaller dogs. We kindly ask that pets remain off the furniture and that guests clean up after their pet both inside and outside, including picking up waste in the yard.



This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
