Upstairs, an open lounge flows onto a rooftop balcony with a fire pit made for late-night conversations. Downstairs, the backyard invites slow mornings, outdoor workouts, and long dinners under the trees - all just minutes from Rainey Street and downtown.
The Space:
Treehouse Social unfolds across two levels, where thoughtful architecture and warm materials shape every room.
On the ground floor, the home opens into a relaxed living space that flows naturally into the kitchen - the visual centerpiece of the house. Beneath a skylight, powder-blue cabinetry and open shelving create a kitchen that feels equal parts functional and sculptural. Just beyond, the home transitions into a quieter corner where a dining table sits beside a dramatic floor-to-ceiling library wall and an architectural staircase. Large sliding glass doors open the entire space to the backyard.
Outside, the home opens to a large shaded backyard designed for gathering and unwinding. There’s outdoor dining, a grill, and lawn games including ladder toss, bucket ball, and bucket golf. The yard is fully enclosed, making it a secure space for dogs to roam while you relax.
