Prior to arrival, guests will be given a unique access code for a safe and seamless check-in experience.

The Neighborhood:
We are situated in the Old Pompano neighborhood which is primarily residential, offering a quieter atmosphere than some of the more commercial areas of Pompano Beach. There are several local shops, restaurants, and parks within walking distance or a short drive and the coastline is just minutes away.

Getting Around:
The house is located in a walkable community close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Bringing a car would be the most convenient option but rideshare services like Lyft and Uber are also available.

Other Things to Note:
- Smoking is not permitted
- Please refrain from moving furniture
- Please don’t flush items that could clog toilets
- Avoid putting grease down the sink
- Pets allowed for a fee and w/ approval from hosts
- Parties are prohibited
- No commercial photography
- Hosts must be notified of visitors
- Quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM
- Maximum of 7 guests
- Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay
- Stays of 7 days or longer are provided a started pack of supplies but anything after, guests will be required to supply their own supplies
