We have all new appliances, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry on site. We are pet lovers, however our rental home is pet-free and also smoke-free. Both outside entrances to the home are equipped with a Ring doorbell/camera system for security. Oceanside Village is a family-oriented and special place to spend your beach vacation in our area. It is a gated and secure community. OSV boasts many amenities including a brand new heated indoor pool and small kids pool, outdoor pool with kids splash area, hot tub, catch and release pond fishing, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts and a playground for the children. The area is surrounded by the best restaurants, shopping areas and the famous Marshwalk. The beach is just a short walk from our home and includes private parking for OSV occupants.
