acres with private walking paths, this peaceful mountain retreat offers you and your dogs the

setting is quiet, beautiful, and deeply restorative.

Our newly renovated three-bedroom, three-bath home features a spacious deck with sweeping
mountain views, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped gym and sauna, a pool
and ping-pong table, a coffee bar, washer and dryer, and indoor parking — especially welcome
on snowy winter nights. Outside, you’ll find a fire pit ready for relaxing evenings under the stars
after a perfect day in the mountains.

Life here feels wonderfully removed from the everyday rush. Most days, all you’ll hear is the
wind in the trees, birdsong, and — once in a while — our neighbor’s donkey in the distance. If
you’re in the mood for adventure, Elk Mountain Ski Resort is just five miles away, and the
surrounding area offers golf, fly fishing on the Delaware River, and beautiful state parks with
hiking and biking trails.

As fellow dog lovers, we designed this home with dogs and their people in mind. The property is
enclosed with a six-foot fence and double gates so your dogs can run safely and freely. We
provide dog beds, crates, and bowls, so you can travel lighter and settle in comfortably.
