Upper Westside Rückzugsort Haus 2 Schlafzimmer Garten Überdachter Parkplatz

I’m an Atlanta-based executive who truly enjoys creating comfortable, well-designed spaces for people to relax and feel at home. I have a strong appreciation for quality, attention to detail, and making sure everything is set up to provide a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s exploring trails, enjoying nature, or simply relaxing outside. That’s one of the reasons I was drawn to this location, with its access to nearby trails and green space.

As a host, my goal is to provide a clean, welcoming, and stress-free experience. I’m always available if needed, but I also respect my guests’ privacy so they can fully enjoy their stay.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of peaceful residential living and close proximity to everything Atlanta has to offer. The Upper Westside is one of the city’s fastest-growing areas, known for its great restaurants, local breweries, and easy access to major destinations.

The home is adjacent to the Whetstone Creek Trail and near the BeltLine and Silver Comet Trail, providing a unique park-like setting with outdoor space that’s hard to find this close to the city.

At the same time, you’re just minutes from The Battery Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Buckhead, Midtown, and Westside Village, making it incredibly convenient for both relaxation and exploring.

It truly offers the best of both worlds—quiet, natural surroundings with quick access to Atlanta’s energy and attractions.

This home offers a rare combination of modern comfort, outdoor space, and prime location in Atlanta’s desirable Upper Westside. Unlike many properties in the area, it features a private backyard with a patio, picnic table, and gas grill, giving guests a relaxing outdoor retreat in the city.

The layout includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for couples, families, or business travelers. The primary bathroom features a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower, adding a more upscale, hotel-like experience.

Additional highlights include covered parking for two cars, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a bright, open living space designed for both comfort and functionality.

Located just minutes from The Battery Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Buckhead, and West Midtown dining, the home offers the perfect balance of quiet residential living with quick access to Atlanta’s top attractions.
