My big family enjoyed our stay in the property. All rooms were clean as expected and there was enough space for everyone. Communication with the host was easy and excellent. I highly recommend this property to those who visit the Jacksonville Beach area.

This is a great house for a relaxing week at the beach. The layout was perfect for a solo traveler hosting family, with the main bedroom, living room, and kitchen on the top floor, and the three other bedrooms on the lower. Beach access is steps from the driveway. Bikes were fun to ride around the neighborhood. Beautiful view of the sunrise without even getting out of bed. 70 degree weather allowed for open breeze most of the week. For the price of nice-ish hotel room, this ocean view spot is a steal. Also, the acoustics are great in the main room for any musicians looking for a calm playing/writing environment. Will def stay again when in the area.

Beautiful property. Close to beach access. Lovely beach. Enjoyed reading about the home history. Turns out my sister went to Jr & Sr High with Mary Jane and my brother went to Jr & Sr High with Peggy! We hope to visit again.

We enjoyed our time spent at this property. Beautiful, amazing sunrises and a relaxing beach environment is everywhere. The short walk to the beach allowed us to go at all times of the day—even to see stars on the beach. We loved the neighborhood—and the coffee shop within walking distance. This property comes with bikes for your family—our kids loved taking bike rides and chairs and towels for the beach.

The house is perfect for beach access with kids however it is three levels so lots of stairs. We were not informed There is no parking on street outside of the house and neighbor will call police to ticket. Luckily we were home and able to move the car. Otherwise great place for family gatherings.

The house was perfect for my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and Father’s Day. Just steps to the beach and the house had ample beach chairs and a wagon to transport to the beach. The house was super clean and spacious. Andrew the host was super attentive and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. Would definitely rent from him again and we had an awesome time

Communications were very timely! Property home owners were so responsive, so helpful…! That made everything so easy, to include check-in. The dumb waiter was a welcome addition when carrying heavier items up the stairs.The house itself is very clean, tidy, & is visually pleasing. It is very spacious; there is room for comfortable living of many people. (12). It is well equipped with beach toys & bikes. The house also has decks surrounding the 2 levels of living space…So wonderful to see the ocean. WOW! Astonishly, a bald eagle roosted on the roofline on the house across the street from ours for quite a while. What a thrill! The beach is a paved walk across the protected dunes, which makes for easy access for equipment.It's a house everyone would enjoy. Thanks for everything!

The property was beautiful and perfect for a multi-generational family to stay there. I only wish that there were more bowls in the kitchen that could have been used for food prep and storage.
