This house cannot accommodate trailers at the property, but you can park at the designated spot for the subdivision which is at the corner of Red Rock Road and Highway 20 and you can ride your snowmobiles to the property. They can be stored inside the garage.
Please note that the location is at an elevation of 7,000 ft, where weather conditions can be unpredictable and snowfall may occur at any time of the year. We recommend arriving well-prepared for changing weather conditions.
Guests should be aware that this cabin is in the forest/woods which is home to many creatures big and small. Although there is a pest control company that comes frequently, some of the tiny ones may get into the cabin from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, an ant, etc.
You will be asked to agree an outside contract that clarifies the details and ensures proper expectations on both sides.
