Morning light filters through wall-to-wall windows, revealing Guadalajara’s skyline stretching into the distance. From the dining table, you can watch the city gradually come to life, coffee in hand, as the rhythm of the streets below begins to build. By evening, the same expansive view transforms into a canvas of lights, best enjoyed from your private patio or balcony.

Designed for comfort and easy living, this bright condo connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen in one open, flowing layout. A TV anchors the seating area for relaxed nights indoors, while a dedicated workspace and Wifi throughout make it simple to stay productive. Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round, and thoughtful touches like clothing storage and a safe help you settle in with ease.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a full space where you can cook your own meals, equipped with cooking basics and essential appliances. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or a relaxed dinner, you’ll have what you need close at hand. The dining table creates a natural gathering spot to share meals, plan your day, or linger over conversation as the skyline shifts outside the windows.
Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms with 3 beds. Each bedroom is prepared with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades to encourage restful sleep. With 4.5 baths, mornings and evenings feel unhurried, and bathroom essentials and hot water add everyday comfort to your stay.
Family-friendly features
Traveling with children is made easier with a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, children’s books and toys, children’s dinnerware, and window guards. These features create a welcoming environment for families while maintaining the calm atmosphere of the home.
Building amenities & shared spaces
Beyond the condo itself, guests have access to a pool, gym, and sauna - ideal for balancing relaxation and routine. An elevator provides convenient access within the building. Resort access allows you to use nearby resort facilities, expanding your options during your stay.
Location & added conveniences
A private entrance offers a separate street or building entrance for added ease. A laundromat nearby supports longer visits, and long term stays allowed makes extended time in the city simple. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking give flexibility for exploring Guadalajara at your own pace. Luggage dropoff allowed and cleaning available during stay provide additional convenience for arrivals, departures, and extended stays.
Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. We regret to inform you that this unit does not allow access to the gym under any circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Other Things to Note:
Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: -Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage, a replacement will be charged.
